New Delhi. It is said that talent is not dependent on anyone. She makes her own way. One such story is of Kajal Prakash Rajvaidya, born in the small town of Akola in Maharashtra. Battling all the struggles, obstacles and hassles, at the age of just 21 i.e. in the year 2015, Kajal established the company ‘Kajal Innovation and Technical Solution (Kits, KITS)’. Through innovation, Kajal’s company is now teaching technology like robotics, automation in sports and games to students in renowned schools, colleges and institutions of the country.
Kajal tells that she had no business experience. Father used to run a panthela. The father wanted to teach a lot to the children, he was the son of money. But there was a strong desire to study, so after teaching in Zilla Parishad’s school till fourth class, he got admission in Manutai Kanya Shala, located four kilometers away. No fee is charged from the girls here. Kajal had to walk everyday to reach school. The income was not much, so there came a time when he had to work as a recording agent of a private bank.

Kajal got admission in electronics in polytechnic and got involved in fulfilling the goal of the robot. During this his family was in trouble. Father became unemployed. Couldn’t even afford to pay the polytechnic fees. Nevertheless, somehow the father arranged a loan and got him admitted in an engineering college. Kajal then prepared a syllabus for the new technology and went to the colleges of Pune and shared it with the students. Failure came here but did not give up. After returning to Akola, she somehow managed to make ends meet by doing odd jobs. Along with this, she kept learning robotics through internet in the spare time from coaching etc. After some time, she went to primary schools and started taking robotics workshops for fifth class children. It was from here that Kajal started trying her hand at business by starting a Kits company.
