Four wickets taken in one over
Siraj took 4 wickets in the fourth over of the innings. After this he took the 5th wicket in the sixth over and the sixth wicket in the 12th over. Siraj showed the path to the pavilion to Sri Lanka’s Pathum Nissanka, Kusal Mendis, Samarawickrama, Asalanka, Dhananjay de Silva, and captain Dasun Shanaka. Due to this brilliant bowling by Siraj, India all out Sri Lanka for 50 runs in 15.2 overs.
In reply, India won the title match by achieving the target in 6.1 overs without losing any wicket. On opening for India, Shubman Gill scored 23* runs with the help of 3 fours and Ishan Kishan scored 27* runs with the help of 6 fours.

It is noteworthy that Mohammad Siraj is a player who plays all three formats for India. So far he has played 21 Tests, 29 ODIs and 8 T20 International matches. He has taken 59 wickets in Test, 53 in ODI and 11 wickets in T20 International. Siraj made his international debut in November 2017.
