Kuldeep Yadav Prize Money Asia Cup 2023: Kuldeep Yadav performed brilliantly in Asia Cup 2023. Kuldeep took 9 wickets in 5 matches. He was selected as ‘Player of the Series’ in the Asia Cup. India won the title by defeating Sri Lanka in the final. Team India won the Asia Cup title for the 8th time. Kuldeep played an important role in the tournament. Although he could not take a wicket in the final. Kuldeep received 15 thousand dollars as prize money.
Kuldeep bowled 28.3 overs in 5 matches and gave 103 runs during this period. Kuldeep got 9 wickets. Kuldeep was chosen ‘Player of the Series’ for his good performance. He received 15 thousand dollars i.e. about 12 lakh rupees (1246355 rupees) as prize money. Kuldeep gave the credit of his success to captain Rohit Sharma.
Team India’s spin bowler Kuldeep said after the final, “I have been working hard with rhythm for the last one and a half years. I try to be more aggressive at the crease. I am enjoying bowling. The credit for my success goes to Rohit Bhai (Rohit Sharma). He encouraged to work on speed. When your fast bowlers get wickets in the powerplay, the job becomes easier for the spinners.
It is noteworthy that Kuldeep did not get a single wicket against Nepal. But after this he bowled brilliantly against Pakistan. Kuldeep took 5 wickets for 25 runs. He also bowled well against Sri Lanka. Kuldeep took 4 wickets for 43 runs. After this he played in the final against Sri Lanka. Here he did not get much chance to bowl. Kuldeep gave 1 run in 1 over.
